١. الموافقة على الشروط

يعني استخدام سنّك — مساحة عمل الطاقم، أو بوابة المريض، أو موقع عيادة إلكتروني — الموافقة على شروط الاستخدام هذه. إذا كان الاستخدام نيابة عن عيادة أسنان، فهذا يؤكّد أن المستخدم مخوَّل بذلك وأن هذه الشروط تُلزم تلك العيادة.

٢. ما هي سنّك

سنّك منصّة برمجية، من بناء وتشغيل لازورد (Lazward)، تستخدمها عيادات الأسنان لإدارة المرضى والحجوزات والسجلّات السريرية وموقعها الإلكتروني الخاص. سنّك مزوّد تقنية، وليست جهة رعاية صحية — لا تمارس طب الأسنان، ولا تقدّم استشارة سريرية أو طبية، وليست طرفًا في العلاقة بين العيادة ومرضاها.

٣. الحسابات

• حسابات الطاقم: تُنشئها العيادة (عادةً مالكها/المسؤول الأعلى) وتُحمى بكلمة مرور وبريد إلكتروني؛ المستخدم مسؤول عن سرّية كلمة المرور وعن كل نشاط يجري تحت حسابه.
• حسابات المرضى: بلا كلمة مرور — تصدر العيادة للمريض اسم مستخدم مرتبطًا برقم الهاتف المستخدَم عند الحجز، ويتمّ الدخول بهذا الثنائي. عند الاشتباه بإساءة استخدام الحساب، يجب التواصل مع العيادة فورًا.

٤. العيادة مسؤولة عن بياناتها

كل عيادة هي المتحكّم بالبيانات الخاصة بمرضاها التي تُدخلها في سنّك — والعيادة مسؤولة عن وجود أساس قانوني، وعند الاقتضاء موافقة المريض/وليّ أمره، لتسجيل تلك البيانات، وعن دقّة المحتوى السريري الذي تخزّنه. توفّر سنّك المنصّة والضمانات التقنية (العزل، التشفير، ضبط الوصول) الموضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية، لكنها لا تراجع ولا تضمن الدقّة السريرية لأي سجلّ فردي.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

يلتزم مستخدم المنصّة بعدم: محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات عيادة أخرى أو حساب مستخدم آخر؛ فحص أو مسح أو محاولة تجاوز ضوابط الوصول في المنصّة؛ رفع محتوى مخالف للقانون؛ استخدام المنصّة لإرسال رسائل غير مرغوب بها؛ أو محاولة الهندسة العكسية للمنصّة أو إعادة بيعها دون تخويل. يجوز تعليق أي حساب يخالف هذا البند.

٦. وصول مشغِّل المنصّة

كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية، هناك هوية واحدة مسمّاة لمسؤول المنصّة يمكنها الدخول إلى مساحة عمل عيادة لأغراض الدعم والصيانة، مع تسجيل كل جلسة وإمكانية تتبّعها. استخدام سنّك يعني قبول العيادة لهذا الوصول المحدود النطاق والمدقَّق كجزء من الخدمة.

٧. الرسوم والفوترة

تُقدَّم سنّك حاليًا دون فوترة مفعَّلة — لا تُجمَع أي رسوم في الوقت الحالي بصرف النظر عن أي خطة أو مستوى ظاهر في المنتج. عند تفعيل الفوترة مستقبلًا، سيتم إشعار العيادات مسبقًا وتحديث هذه الشروط قبل أي عملية تحصيل.

٨. توفّر الخدمة

نعمل على إبقاء سنّك متاحة وموثوقة، لكن الخدمة تُقدَّم "كما هي" دون ضمان تشغيل متواصل أو خالٍ من الأخطاء. قد تتأثّر الإتاحة أحيانًا بأعمال صيانة مجدوَلة أو عوامل خارجة عن الإرادة.

٩. الملكية الفكرية

برمجيات سنّك وتصميمها وعلامتها التجارية مملوكة للازورد. تحتفظ العيادة بالملكية الكاملة للمحتوى وبيانات المرضى التي تُدخلها في المنصّة؛ استخدام سنّك لا ينقل تلك الملكية إلينا.

١٠. إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكن للعيادة التوقّف عن استخدام سنّك في أي وقت وتصدير بياناتها قبل ذلك (انظر سياسة الخصوصية، البند ٧). يجوز تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة واضحة لهذه الشروط، أو عدم السداد بعد تفعيل الفوترة، أو لحماية أمان المنصّة أو العيادات الأخرى.

١١. إخلاء المسؤولية وتحديدها

سنّك أداة لتوثيق السجلّات والجدولة. جميع التشخيصات وخطط العلاج والوصفات والقرارات السريرية تصدر حصرًا عن أطباء الأسنان المرخَّصين الذين يستخدمون المنصّة، وتبقى العيادة مسؤولة تمامًا عن الرعاية التي تقدّمها. وإلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل سنّك ولا لازورد مسؤولية عن النتائج السريرية، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا عن أي خلل في المنصّة على الرسوم المدفوعة مقابل الخدمة خلال الفترة السابقة (صفر حاليًا، لأن الفوترة معطَّلة).

١٢. القانون الحاكم

يُقصد بهذه الشروط أن تُفسَّر وفق القوانين المعمول بها عمومًا على عمليات سنّك، التي تخدم بشكل رئيسي عيادات أسنان في العراق، دون اعتبار لقواعد تنازع القوانين.

١٣. التعديلات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطوّر المنتج؛ يعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أدناه أحدث نسخة، واستمرار الاستخدام بعد أي تعديل يعني قبوله.

1. Agreement to these terms

By using Sennak — the staff workspace, the patient portal, or a clinic’s public website — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using Sennak on behalf of a dental clinic, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that these terms bind that clinic.

2. What Sennak is

Sennak is a software platform, built and operated by Lazward, that dental clinics use to manage patients, bookings, clinical records, and their own public website. Sennak is a technology provider, not a healthcare provider — it does not practice dentistry, does not give clinical or medical advice, and is not a party to the relationship between a clinic and its patients.

3. Accounts

• Staff accounts are created by a clinic (typically its owner/super-admin) and protected by an email and password; the account holder is responsible for keeping that password confidential and for all activity under their account.
• Patient accounts are passwordless: a clinic issues a patient a username tied to the phone number used to book, and sign-in uses that pair. If an account appears to have been misused, contact the clinic immediately.

4. The clinic is responsible for its own data

Each clinic is the data controller for the patient information it enters into Sennak — the clinic is responsible for having a lawful basis, and patient/guardian consent where applicable, to record that information, and for the accuracy of the clinical content it stores. Sennak provides the platform and the technical safeguards (isolation, encryption, access control) described in our Privacy Policy, but does not review or vouch for the clinical accuracy of any individual record.

5. Acceptable use

Users agree not to: attempt to access another clinic’s data or another user’s account; probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the platform’s access controls; upload unlawful content; use the platform to send unsolicited messages; or reverse-engineer or resell the platform without authorization. We may suspend an account that violates this section.

6. Platform-operator access

As described in our Privacy Policy, a single named platform-administrator identity may access a clinic’s workspace for support and maintenance, with every session logged and attributable. Using Sennak means the clinic accepts this narrowly-scoped, audited access as part of the service.

7. Fees & billing

Sennak is currently offered without active billing — no payment is being collected at this time regardless of any plan or tier shown in the product. If and when billing is introduced, clinics will be notified in advance and these Terms will be updated before any charge is made.

8. Availability

We work to keep Sennak available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

9. Intellectual property

Sennak’s software, design, and branding belong to Lazward. A clinic retains full ownership of the content and patient data it enters into the platform; using Sennak does not transfer that ownership to us.

10. Termination

A clinic may stop using Sennak at any time and export its data beforehand (see Privacy Policy §7). We may suspend or terminate access for a clear violation of these terms, for non-payment once billing is active, or to protect the security of the platform or other clinics.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Sennak is a record-keeping and scheduling tool. All diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed dental professionals using the platform, and clinics remain fully responsible for the care they provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sennak and Lazward are not liable for clinical outcomes, and our liability for any platform issue is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding period (currently zero, as billing is dormant).

12. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws generally applicable to Sennak’s operations, primarily serving dental clinics in Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date below reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
